If you aren’t new to the game, you’ll know that a lot is involved when it comes to managing your holiday home let. This includes cleaning (of course), housekeeping and laundry either during your guests stay or guest changeovers.
Cleanliness is extremely important when it comes to holiday lets. Reviews are everything in the tourism industry and even one bad review could discredit all of the hard work you have already done. Also, you will want your guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay.

Standard Changeover Clean
A changeover clean will typically take place on the day of departure. We will prepare your property for your next guests to arrive.
Disinfecting & Fogging
Due to Coronavirus it is now more and more important to make sure your guests feel safe whilst staying with you. So, as part of our standard changeover clean we will disinfect all surfaces and high touch points.
Looking for extra protection? Request our Fogging/Misting service which distributes a very fine mist across all surfaces.
Mid Booking Refresh or Change of Laundry
We can arrange to clean during your guests’ stay too. This is especially popular with those who have guests staying for a longer period of time. We can also change the linen if required.
Vacant Holiday Home Refresh
Typical with most holiday homes this year, you may want to opt for a vacant holiday home refresh.
When a property has been vacant for some time it may require a deeper clean and a spruce up before your first guests arrive for the season.
Deep Cleans
As mentioned above, we recommend a deep clean prior to the beginning of the season to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned, aired and checked in readiness for the first guests arrival.
However you may want to have deep cleans in between too – it’s completely up to you!
Laundry
If needed we can arrange for laundering of your bed linen/towels. This is usually done with a local launderette and separate charges will apply.
